Terms of Service

These terms are effective as of 2026-05-26. They may be updated before our platform reaches general availability. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CR3SCENDO AI platform provided by CR3SCENDO AI, Inc. ("CR3SCENDO AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Services

CR3SCENDO AI provides a Digital Co-Founder™ execution platform that includes AI-powered business formation, financial management, compliance tracking, and web presence services. Our platform executes tasks on your behalf within defined constitutional boundaries.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • One organization account per legal entity

Data Ownership and Portability

You retain full ownership of all data you create, upload, or generate through the CR3SCENDO AI platform. We provide one-click data export in standard formats. There is no lock-in: you may export and delete your data at any time.

AI-Assisted Services

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with business operations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs are subject to human-in-the-loop approval for high-risk actions (money movement, legal filings, EIN applications)
  • AI outputs should be reviewed before relying on them for legal, financial, or compliance decisions
  • We redact PII before sending data to third-party AI providers
  • AI features are subject to per-organization usage limits

Cohort Benefit Metadata Grant

This section governs the limited rights you grant CR3SCENDO AI to synthesize cohort-benefit signal from your usage. The operational detail (the five-class data taxonomy, the K-anonymity threshold, the consent mechanics, the audit-log entitlement) is described in the Cohort Benefit Policy and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Grant

Subject to your then-current consent settings and the limitations in this section, you grant CR3SCENDO AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (only to our sub-processors operating on de-identified data) license to:

  • Capture decision-shape metadata (Class C3) and outcome-shape metadata (Class C4), as defined in the Cohort Benefit Policy, from your use of the platform.
  • Aggregate Class C3 and Class C4 events across consenting customers, with all identifying values stripped at the aggregation boundary, into pattern-level signals (Class C5).
  • Surface Class C5 patterns as recommendations to other customers within the platform, with no attribution to contributing customers.
  • Operate the synthesis pipeline subject to the K-anonymity threshold and the other operational rules in the Cohort Benefit Policy.

Explicit Exclusions

For the avoidance of doubt, this grant does NOT extend to:

  • Private content (Class C1). Raw text, numbers, PII, financial values, vault contents, document bodies, and any other private content remain yours alone. CR3SCENDO AI receives no license to use, aggregate, or disclose Class C1 data across tenants for any purpose.
  • Identifying metadata (Class C2). Names, emails, addresses, EIN, distinctive customer counts, distinctive product names, and any other data that could re-identify you, your company, or your counter-parties remain yours alone. CR3SCENDO AI receives no license to use, aggregate, or disclose Class C2 data across tenants for any purpose.
  • AI training data of any class. CR3SCENDO AI does NOT train external artificial intelligence models on your data, of any class, under any consent setting, for any purpose. This grant does not authorize, and CR3SCENDO AI does not perform, the use of your data as training corpus for any model owned by CR3SCENDO AI or by any third party. This exclusion is binding regardless of how the model is marketed, monetized, or deployed.
  • External disclosure of Class C5 signals. Class C5 patterns are platform-internal and flow only to customers of the platform. CR3SCENDO AI does not publish, sell, license, or otherwise disclose Class C5 patterns to third parties outside the platform. There is no "industry benchmarks" product built on your data.
  • Sub-threshold pattern generation. Patterns derived from fewer contributing founders than the applicable K-anonymity threshold are suppressed. This grant does not authorize CR3SCENDO AI to publish or use cohort-benefit signal below the K-anonymity threshold.

Reversibility

You may withdraw consent for Class C3, Class C4, both, or all at any time through your account settings. Withdrawal stops all future contributions to the synthesis pipeline from your tenant effective immediately. Past contributions that have already been aggregated into a published Class C5 pattern cannot be retroactively recalled (a published pattern is, by construction, aggregated across multiple founders and contains no individually-attributable contribution), but no further use of your data flows once consent is withdrawn. Your withdrawal does not affect the validity of any prior aggregation performed under consent.

Audit-Log Entitlement

You are entitled to a per-tenant audit log of every cohort-benefit extraction performed on your data, including the date, the event class (C3 or C4), the cohort pattern it contributed to, and the aggregate count your contribution joined. This entitlement is delivered through your account dashboard and is included in your data export under our portability commitments.

Customer Zero

CR3SCENDO AI is itself a customer of the platform and is bound by the same grant, the same exclusions, the same reversibility, and the same audit-log entitlement applicable to any other customer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the platform to transmit malicious code or content
  • Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation
  • Resell or redistribute platform services without authorization

Payment Terms

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CR3SCENDO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export all your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to facilitate export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
